Dutch

Dutch are incredible little mice that can be bred in any standardised colour, so long as they have the correct white pattern to match. This classic white spotting can be found standardised in many species: including rabbits and guinea pigs.

I picked up an original trio of chocolate dutch in 2019 and began crossing them to pink eyed white for type and size, and self black to get the colour I wanted, which is black.

After nearly two years of careful selection, I now have black dutch!
